Underclassmen Garner CAC Women’s Soccer Weekly Awards

Carolina University (North Carolina) sophomore Natalie Puskar and Florida National University freshman Angelina Carreno have been named the Continental Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Players of the Week for their recent strong play.

Puskar, the offensive honoree, scored three goals and added an assist across two matches for the Bruins. The Concord, North Carolina, native registered a hat trick in the team's 5-1 win against NCAA Division III Pheiffer University (North Carolina) last Saturday. She attempted five shots in the triumph.

Carreno, the defensive recipient, was a key defender as the Conquistadors collected a 1-1 draw against Florida Memorial University last Thursday.
