2024 CAC Women’s Soccer Championship Field Announced

The Continental Athletic Conference has announced the six teams and their seedings for the upcoming 2024 Continental Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Championships. The tournament is being played at Georgia Gwinnett College's Grizzly Soccer Complex in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

CHAMPIONSHIP CENTRAL

First-round matches are scheduled for Saturday, November 9, and play in the single-elimination tournament will continue until a champion is crowned on Wednesday, November 13.

Tournament host GGC has received the top seed and will join Bellevue University (Nebraska), the No. 2 seed, in receiving byes from playing in the first round.

The field also includes No. 3 seed University of Jamestown (North Dakota); No. 4 seed Spartanburg Methodist College (South Carolina), making its NAIA postseason debut; No. 5 seed Talladega College (Alabama); and No. 6 seed Carolina University (North Carolina), also making its NAIA postseason debut.

Tournament play begins on November 9 with Spartanburg Methodist facing Talladega at 11 a.m. and Jamestown playing Carolina at 2 p.m.

Semifinal matches on Monday, November 11, will open with GGC playing the winner of the Spartanburg Methodist-Talladega contest at 5 p.m. Then, Bellevue faces the winner of the Jamestown-Carolina match at 8 p.m.

The two semifinal winners will compete for the conference championship on Wednesday, November 13, at 7 p.m.

The CAC champion will receive the conference's automatic bid to the 2024 NAIA national tournament.
