Bellevue Duo Sweeps CAC Women’s Soccer Weekly Awards

Bellevue University (Nebraska) has swept the Continental Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Players of the Week awards following a win against a conference opponent.

Senior Lauren Chetty, the offensive recipient, scored the match-tying goal late in the first half of last Saturday's 3-1 triumph at the University of Jamestown (North Dakota). The Adershot, England, native scored on her only shot in the match.

Sophomore Maju Serrano, the defensive honoree, netted the match-winning goal against the Jimmies and helped anchor a Bruins' defense yield just six shots on goal in the match.
