Spartanburg Methodist’s Liebert, Arkansas Baptist’s Jefferson Receive CAC Women’s Basketball Weekly Awards

In the final weeks of the 2024-25 season, Spartanburg Methodist College (South Carolina) sophomore JaiDah Liebert and Arkansas Baptist College junior Ariel Jefferson have been named the Continental Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Players of the Week.

Liebert, the offensive honoree, led the Pioneers with 27 points in a 76-67 loss to Clinton College (South Carolina) last Thursday. She shot 68.8% from the floor in the game. Liebert also had 15 points against Johnson & Wales University (North Carolina).

Jefferson, the defensive recipient, recorded a double-double with 17 points and 13 rebounds to go along with four steals in a 75-29 victory against Southeastern Baptist College (Mississippi) last Friday.
