2024 CAC Cross Country Championships Set for Friday

Runners from five teams will be competing for men's and women's team and individual titles in the 2024 Continental Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships on Friday, November 8, in an event being hosted by Florida College at Holloway Park in Lakeland, Florida.

The men's race is set for 8 a.m. and will be followed by the women's race at 8:45 a.m.

Florida National University, Haskell Indian Nations University (Kansas), Spartanburg Methodist College (South Carolina), Washington Adventist University (Maryland), and host Florida College will compete in both races.

The team champions will qualify for the NAIA national championships on November 22 in Columbia, Missouri. The top two individuals from each race who are not on the championship team also qualify, if they finish within the top eight runners in the race.

Haskell Indian Nations is the defending men's team champion, while there will be a new women's titlist.
