The postseason honors, selected by voting within league coaches, were announced before the start of this year's CAC postseason championship tournament, starting on Thursday, February 26, and continuing until Sunday, March 1, at Georgia Gwinnett College's Convocation Center in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Washington Adventist University (Maryland) freshman Micah Samuels earned the Defensive Player of the Year award. Haskell Indian Nations University (Kansas) junior Jesse White was named the conference's Newcomer of the Year.
