Spartanburg Methodist’s Bayonne Named 2024-25 CAC Men’s Basketball Player of the Year

Spartanburg Methodist College (South Carolina) senior Bryan Bayonne has been named the Continental Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Year, among specialty awards for the 2024-25 season.

Other honorees included Washington Adventist University (Maryland) senior Rande Harper, co-Defensive Player of the Year and Newcomer of the Year; Fisher College (Massachusetts) junior Anthony Douglas Jr., co-Defensive Player of the Year; and Washington Adventist's Jerry McFarland, Coach of the Year.

First and second team honors also were announced as the CAC Men's Basketball Championship Tournament begins and continues through Sunday, March 2, at Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, Kansas.
